Therapist Job Summary

We are looking to add a licensed psychotherapist (LP, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to our growing in-person team. Part-time or full-time positions are available. This is a great position for therapists who would like added flexibility, not only in scheduling and hours, but also in setting (office, horse arena, or nature therapy settings available onsite). This position is a good fit for a therapist who would like to improve self-care, get outside, work with animals and have the flexibility to get out of the office to avoid burnout.

About Us

Ruby Ranch is a mental health organization dedicated to the empowerment of individuals and families through evidence-based therapeutic care. We offer individual, family and group therapy to clients in Josephine and Jackson County. We specialize in offering equine-assisted psychotherapy and offering healing through experiential therapy.

We are located in a beautiful setting just outside of Grants Pass, allowing us to get the benefits of feeling out in nature, while also being conveniently located. Our facilities include a large office, roundpen, an outdoor arena, a covered arena (with lighting), a mindfulness path through trees, a pond and a creek, as well as 8 acres of wooded hillside.

We currently have another therapist who specializes in trauma and teens, utilizing the Eagala Method (www.eagala.org) and Equine-Assisted EMDR (https://eaemdr.com/). We also have equine specialists trained in assisting in mental health therapy sessions. Please read through our website for more information prior to applying.
