Clients meet for sessions once a week for a series of 6 weeks.
Other groups are available with enough interest. If you, or your child, do not fit into one of established groups, please "register" above and indicate what type of group would fit your needs.

Who are the groups for?
Our group therapy sessions provide a supportive and collaborative environment to help you connect with others who are going through similar challenges.
Teen Girls Anxiety Group
- 12-18 years old
- May include girls who struggle with self-image, anxiety, perfectionism, panic attacks, confidence, negative thinking patterns, peer relationships, etc.
Parenting Teens Group
- Any guardian or person involved in the raising of a teenager (12-18 years old)
- May include individuals or couples who struggle with feeling overwhelmed, are needing an outlet or more support, are lacking parenting skills or want more knowledge and insight, etc.
Attendance
Clients are expected to attend all 6 sessions in the program. There are times where emergencies arise or there may be conflicts, however, this should be communicated with the therapist prior to the session. More information will be sent out through email prior to the first session.
Cost
Each session is $60 per client (or per couple in the case of the parenting group). If paying as a cash pay client, you will be required to pay $180 (half the cost) at registration and the other $180 before the 4th session of the 6 week program. Payment can be taken in the form of cash, card, or check. You will receive a receipt upon payment.
All clients are required to have one of these two completed prior to starting group:
A referral from a primary therapist and Release of Information to coordinate care
Or
An intake session with our therapist ($185 for 60 minutes)
